Important dates

IMPORTANT DATES

8th April 2024 

  • Launch of the Exhibitor Panel - the system for sales and registration of participation in the Fair.

31st May 2024

  • Confirmation of booth locations for 2023 exhibitors (confirmation refers to location, size of the booth area, and dimensions) or desire to change (location, booth size, dimensions).

31st July 2024

  • End of the discount period - from 1st August 2024 prices for space/stall will increase by 15%.

20th September 2024

  • Deadline for application for participation in the Fair / deadline for cancellation of participation in the Fair (Exhibitor is required to submit a written cancellation to: ksiazka@targi.krakow.pl. On this basis, there will be a refund of funds paid by the Exhibitor, except for the registration fee, which is mandatory and non-refundable. See Regulations Item 4.
  • Deadline for registration of Co-Exhibitors.
  • Deadline for ordering seminar rooms, stages, meeting rooms, and author's areas / deadline for no-cost cancellation of seminar rooms.
  • Deadline for submission of Authors, Speakers.
  • Deadline for completing an entry in Exhibitor Directory, Companion Program in Exhibitor Panel.
  • Deadline for delivery of design for individual stand development / submission of stand plan, notification of stand development contractor in case of ordering unbuilt space.
  • Deadline for ordering additional equipment, utilities, Internet, and suspension of elements.

18th October 2024

  • Deadline for registration of Exhibitors' guests, and trade visitors.
  • Deadline for payment in full for participation in the Fair.

Invoicing

BEFORE PAYMENT

In accordance with our Exhibitor Regulations (Section 3.3), upon conclusion of the contract, the Exhibitor is required to pay the fees in full. It is also possible to pay the fees in installments, according to the following rules:

  • registration fee + 1st instalment: to the amount of 45% of the gross fee due for the order placed in the Exhibitor's Panel, payable as a down payment within 7 days from the sign-up confirmation date;
  • 2nd instalment: the remaining amount of the gross fee due for the order placed in the Exhibitor's Panel, payable by:
    • 31.07.2024 at discounted prices
    • 18.10.2024 at regular prices (15% higher).

Once an area order is placed, the system will generate a pro forma invoice. Each subsequent order will create another pro forma invoice, payable no later than 18th October 2024.

 

Important!

The condition for retaining the lower prices for space/stall is to pay the amount due by 31st July 2024.

 

AFTER PAYMENT

After payment, the system generates two invoices:

  • A VAT invoice for the non-refundable registration fee in the amount of 738,00 PLN brutto;
  • advance invoice for the remaining amount.

Each additional payment will generate another advance invoice. The amount of the payment will be booked as a prepayment for participation in the Fair, and on the invoice you will find the entire amount of your order for the day and information about the remaining amount to be paid.

 

AFTER THE FAIR

After the event, you have the option to download the final invoice generated in the Exhibitor Panel. This option will be possible until 15th November 2024, after this date the system will be locked and no additional invoices will be possible. In order to generate the final invoice, please contact the team, after the end of the event, no later than November 15th, 2024.
